I honestly just don't understand what the deal is with these people who are just badmouthing this place!!!! I have lived here for almost a year and I absoluetly love it!!!!! The office staff is wonderful, the maintainence is AWESOME, the grounds are gorgeous and our apartment is in tip top shape. You people have to understand that this is apartment living.... yea you are going to hear your neighbors walking around... it happens.. get over it....if you aren't happy with noise get a house... but I can't say that you won't have noise there either.. been there, done that. You guys just need to lighten up. The office is doing so much to make this place an awesome complex to be at!!!! They are all soooooo nice and funny... when you walk into the office you can just feel the happy karma. Most places you walk into you feel like you are in a dark dungeon.... it is a bright and happy place to be in!!! All the girls in the office are nice and pretty. They always look there best, always smiling and ready to greet you!!! How can you not love a place like this. The apartments are beautiful.... the little homey touches make it amazing, the art niches, the arched walkways, island kitchens, pot racks.... It's just awesome... if you don't believe me you will just have to come a see for yourself!!!! I love being in a house.... but the girls in the offce, maintainence, and these BEAUTIFUL apartments make me want to be here for a LLOONNGGG time!!!! I couldn't be any happier!!!!!!!

I have lived in Mission Gate since the end of 2004 and have seen several management companies but let me say this to the readers. The apartments are built w/ some character and the price is right. Even though I did have a little argument with the newest management when they first came on board due to paying my rent on my way to work before the office opened on the 4th instead of on the weekend I was to blame even though I did feel that since I had been a long term resident they could have let it slide but all in all I apologized because they are running a business and I should get my rent in as they request. The leasing girl that just had the cutest baby boy is actually the sweetest of all. She works hard, has fun, and even if you see her outside of the office (which I have at subway) she is friendly not running from you because she isn't working which is refreshing. I honestly thought that when my lease was up they were going to raise my rent extremely high but they only raised it $12.00 and although the prior management worked it out where I had to pay my carport but didn't raise the rent part (it was the exact amount to fit my budget) but a few extra dollars this time was not that bad except I will most likely have to give up my covered parking now due to this management not being able to work that out BUT it is alright because I went to search for something just as unique w/ great crown molding and the price around the same but found nothing so as far as I am concerned it is better than most places in the area. I love my bathroom the most because it has a pretty nice size counter The Grounds could be mowed a little bit more but I am assuming that since the rain has been pouring that could have something to do with it. I love the maintanence and the maids are awesome. I feel safe as well and although I don't have to worry about a parking spot I always see places right up front in my building and my friends that visit never have an issue. Mission Gate is lovely you just have to remember it is a business just like everything else.
Oh and PS I have never seen a rat or any other bugs for that matter so that rat person must be nasty leaving trash and stuff in their garage. We aren't by the tracks...haaa
