this place sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   this place sucks, they do fire alarm checks every 3 months and go int your apt. THey came into my apt. when I was in the shower and they cam in through the garage b/c the deadbolt was locked.....Yahl and I was naked. That is soo bad. I now work in the leasing business and we never have checks as far as alarms if we do then the residents are notified and we don't go in if the door is dead bolted. The insulation is really bad. The leasing staff is okay, some are nice the others not so much. The apts themselves are nice inside, but the insulation is bad and we had 250.00 electricity bills in a 2 bedroom. If yall want to live at a good place try Sonsrena apt. in frisco cheap and nice!
