This was an especially grand facility, the laundry room was always clean and tidy....................................................... it rained, then it was a little muddy. An excellent repair man knew little English, but was very good with his hands, and could communicate with gestures and "cave-man" grunts. Fascinating, truly. The office staff was always friendly, but at times, it was hard to get a hold of them, actually, one hour out of every day, someone was in the office, truly fantastic. The noise is wonderful, I don't even enjoy Tejano music, but somehow the repetative bass reverberating through the walls was enjoyable. If you like the swamp, this place is fantastic, especially during the rainy season, I swear I saw a little alligator munching down on a child one night, absolutely priceless. The construction is also a site to behold, there is no need to throw out your garbage, as the thousands of roach's will quickly dispose of all waste you can accumulate. And the parking! If you're a masochist, like me, the parking will keep you happy all day, everyday. Overall, this place is a homeless mans paradise, it even had a toilet. For 550 a month, I dont know that you can find a better deal.
