Ghetto is a good word From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Our 6 month lease with the Oaks of Collin Creek was anything but nice. The ladies in the office are completely two-faced and will do anything to get your money. That's all they care about. They are so nice in the beginning, but after that it's down hill. I was told by one of the mantience managers that the 3 bedroom apartments are not made for the A/C unit they have installed, so it would usually stay around 90 degrees upstairs during the day. The A/C units would also break all the time. The windows that are in the apartment complex are so thin that you can hear someone walking by at night. Be careful not to talk outside after 9pm or else you may get a noise complaint. Overall, these apartments are complete trash and so are the people that work in the office.
