RENTER BEWARE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   These people are after your money. Thats it, my roommates and I moved out and have been told that we will have to pay 1800 to get out because they lost our 30 day notice. We now have a new place and are screwed because otherwise the charge goes on our credit report. Nevermind that my roof caved in with me inside and didnt have it repaired for over five days.
