I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone!
It is horrible living conditions inside the apartments!

Totally agree, I thought I was reading my family's experience living on Dogwood! This comment is the absolute truth and anyone who comes across this PLEASE BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE ROACHES. I have never in my life seen so many roaches and the office was completely unwilling to do anything about it. We even had fleas ( no pets though ). When we broke our lease we had to leave furniture and tv's and everything that could hold a roach because we didn't want to take them with us. We still did however. The living conditions are so terrible there we broke our lease ( after the office told us that it was not their responsibility to clear out a wasp nest that was on the door and the front window and in our vent) becasue it was an act of nature and we would need to pay for our own exterminator! We were so desperate we were willing to take a hit on our credit. The last straw was waking up with my daughter with roaches in the bed!!! Its absolutely horrible. This place needs to be torn down!

yeah we lived on dogwood too! You probaly got our old apartment, we moved out in feb 2006......
