We moved to this apartment complex with my boyfriend 2 years ago, and stayed there for a year. It was very cheap and as students it was very convenient for us, BUT , this place was dirty even before we moved in. They promised to change the carpet before we move in , it never happened, whenever something would leak or brake it took weeks before maintenance man fixed it. My Mexican neighbor would turn up his music at night and day. Doesn't matter how many times I called the office and complain NOBODY ever came in to solve this problem. When I asked in the office for the copy of the water bill, or anything of that sort, I was turned down. These dirty girls in the office would speak Spanish to me, even after I told them I speak English only. after we lived there for a month, I started getting headaches, I went to the doctor and he said it could be sinuses or migraines, he wasn't sure. For one year that we lived there I had to take Advil, sinus medicine at least 4 times a week . Finally, before we moved out, we asked a guy who fixes air conditioners to look at ours, he said it hasn't been changed in years, when I went to the office and asked to change the filter, They said they will send somebody in the morning, NOBODY CAME , EVER. aFTER OUR LEASE EXPIRED, WE MOVED OUT TO A MUCH BETTER COMPLEX, wE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER A YEAR, AND i HAVEN'T HAD A headache EVEN ONCE. PLEASE, DON'T MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS, THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK, WITH THEIR SMELLY CARPETS, DIRTY CLOGGED AC'S , AND ANTS. iT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON, YOUR HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT!

I agree that these apartments are bad! What i dont agree are your racist remarks to the --------, and no im not mexican! But my neighbours are white and they are drinking all night and pissing in the bushes because they are lazy unemployed bums that are on welfare! My other neighbour is also white and he got CPS called on him cause there house is so dirty!! How would you like it if because of two bad folks people called us white people DIRTY TRAILER TRASH!!

BY THE WAY THERE IS ONLY 1 SPANISH GIRL IN THE OFFICE, THE OTHER 3 ARE WHITE GIRLS, AND I KNOW CAUSE I LIVE HERE FOR 3 YEARS NOW!!

Samantha was the only spanish girl but she was always super nice to us when we lived there but she was always so busy that we could not talk with her to get anything done with our aparmtent which was why we had roach central and our sliding door never got fixed (anyone could come in if the got over the fence) but we lived there when Ellen was murdered so that was super creepy to have that door not lock, especially with the people lurking everywhere especially at night.
I am not racist, I have seen my share of people that littered, were dirty, selling drugs, etc in the complex which was why they hired the security officers (who loved to talk to anyone who would, they were really helpful and nice) but nothing ever got fixed and we werent supposed to pay water and when we were moving out we got one, yeah we never paid it and they never sent us another after that..but they sure as heck did put over $8,000 on our credit which I don't intend to pay ever!
We lived there from 9-2005-2-2006 and I know for a fact it hasnt changed a bit from management to staff, to appearance to getting anything done.........

Yeah! Girl if you want someone to take your review seriously don’t make racist remarks. I have to I gree with you nonetheless , I have been looking for an apartment for my mother for two 2 weeks now and every time I walk in an apartment complex there is a Hispanic or Hispanic descendant girl in the office and they are not nice. I’m not trying to be racist I’m Hispanic myself (South American) and well educated. I do not know what is going on with these ladies, but if it makes you feel better they don’t treat us ---------) any better. I’m sorry you had to go through that bad experience with those people. Bear in mind not all --------- are the same.

The remarks are very discriminating and should not be allowed to be posted. Race, Color, or national orgin has nothing to do with any of this.

It is freedom of speech! The remarks are mainly about the staff not doing their jobs right and they are just decribing what the person they are talking about looked like, they arent being racist......Yeah it had nothing to do with the post but that the staff member wasnt doing her job right!
