The are opinions about people. Each community over the age of 10 have to be inspected yearly inside and out by the City. You should not use names that in itself is very unproffesional. Futhermore mildew can grow anywhere outside or inside I invite you to goggle that. It can grow from not cleaning a shower. Do research first and be nice this way you look a little more credible

When finding somewhere to live that is safe, people must rely on opinions. Especially when they have lived in that place and know what goes on in the inside and not what you see when you are just looking.
Yeah the staff is nice to you when you first look around, sign papers and get everything in motion until your a resident of the community there. Then everything changes and it isnt for the better either, the staff is very unprofessional. I just wonder how Greystar would feel if they came to visit posing as an actual resident, maybe then they would hire a staff who cares and does their jobs right! I didnt write the first post to this, I have lived there before and yeah the staff is very unprofessional! Just hopefully we dont have to work with any of the people in the office that was rude to us in the future!

LOL...I actually went and looked at these apartments this week. I noticed the apartments looked trashy. I was very leery that I was only shown a model apartment and not the apartment they said was actually available. I also noticed that the buildings needed painting, they had broken down cars in the parking lot. Know what I also noticed? WHOEVER WROTE THE RESPONSE FROM THE OFFICE HAS VERY BAD GRAMMAR AND NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MIDDLE SCHOOL. Please...if you work at the office, and you're going to defend yourself on here....CHECK YOUR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR BEFORE YOU POST. You CAN'T even SPELL unprofessional, while trying to defend yourself about how "professional" you are. That's sad, and it's GOOGLE...I don't know HOW to GOGGLE. And what does the fact that mildew can grow anywhere have to do with anything? Maybe that's why you don't see these people's problem. They said MOLD first of all, and they wanted it CLEANED. Whatever YOU think it is, mildew or mold, doesn't matter. CLEANING whatever it is for your residents who pay money to live there IS what should matter to you.

Although this complex is a C-D property, it is a long way from being maintained to city standards (interior problems). Every time the neighbor uses their upstairs bathroom, our ceiling in the living room leaks. I reported it to the office 3 months ago & still nothing has been done. No wonder there's a mold problem! You would think if they didn't care about their residents, they would at least care about maintaining the property. The leasing agents are not resident friendly (with the exception of Patricia) & seem have the reasoning capacity of children in elementary school. It's too bad when the people who are being paid with money from our rent need to exert a superiority complex instead of understanding this is our home & help to rectify problems. Customer service is truly a lost art on this property.
