I moved out over 18 months ago after enduring the oaks and the management of the oaks. To this day you can not get a response from them I have left over 15 messages with them to call me back and ...Zero ,,,. Nothing. THEY OWE ME money, I followed my lease giving a 6 week notice when my lease called for a 30 day notice, I cleaned it as best as it could be after 5 yes 5 floods in my apartment. I paid , as stated in my lease a $15.00 a month water charge and then they started sending me water bills, since they changed to Vista water, I was paying the monthly contractual amount for water and getting bills of 30 $'s. I WAS STILL UNDER MY LEASE.And getting these hourly employees to understand a lease agreement, a binding contract ON BOTH PARTIES is a binding agreement. You can't get anyone to listen, understand, or respond. THEY OWE ME MONEY. There was one girl who "understood" and could see the problem, but management tied her hands.. she said. Isn't there a way to deal with these types of companies' Its a lousty 80.00 they owe me, but if I owed them it would affect my credit and future rentals. And as an additional note of "CAN YOU BELIVE IT" the first week, less than a week of moving in there the maitenance team turned in a false Child protective service report, I didn't even have kids! After a full investigation it was told to us that this was not the first false report made by this person. They are JUST TROUBLE, They still owe me money and they still wont calll. RUN RUN RUN
