I would like to highlight the poor maintenancce. When it comes to the maintenacne of individual complaints by teh residents, the reposne is prompt and quick. However, the general maintenace is very poor. The swimming pool is closed for maintenance for last 3 weeks, and yet no progress. They have simpley locked all the gates leading to swimming pool. In doing so, they have invariably restricted the entrance to the health centre (gym) also.

The exit and entry gates are also out of use many a times. The exit gate that leades to the Old Shepard Road is out of work and has been kept open for last one week .its great threat for security. Anyone can enter through that gate any time.

The man-entries at both sides of the lease office does not lock at all. This is the casee for over one month now. No one seems to be bothered at all lfor teh security concerns related to such unlocked gates.

I would rather appreciate if someone can look into these issues and resolve the same. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Residents follow other residents in the gate, how do you know if they are a resident or not!
