I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless they give you a really, really cheap price.

Cons: • My car got broken into and I had my radio stolen while in the parking lot. The staff told me, “Don’t worry about it, it is probably just kids.” • In the last 2 years I’ve lived here, there have been at least 3 cars in the parking lot that have been put up on blocks with all four wheels stolen • There are crime notices put on my door about once every 3 months • Gates are just left wide-open about 1/3 of the time • The apartments on the other side of the fence are cheap – high school kids jump the fence to come over and play basketball on our courts • My toilet flooded and made the carpet soggy – they never vacuumed it so my apartment started to smell like mildew • The staff is average; they will take your money and answer basic questions. They don’t really do anything out of the ordinary for customer satisfaction • Interior of apartment has vintage 80’s appliances • Gate system is awful, the large main gate does not open and the Preston Road exit gate has been broken and slow for about 7 months.
Pros: • There is a lot of parking • Grounds look nice for the price • Includes washer & dryer • Cheap
I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless they give you a really, really cheap price.
