THEY HAVE ALOT OF GIMMICKS From: MUKANGULA Date posted: 4/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1997   In the contract, I was told that If I did not like the apartment, I was given a one week guarantee, meaning that I could move out without any liability.To cut the long story short, I was sorry for believeing the old lady who masquarades in the office as the manager. Yes, and they put the bill on my credit even though I never moved in there.I had to pay a bill that I never owed in order to get it out of my credit because I was duped by this apartment complex. buyer beware.
