Beware of Cheats.

I stayed in an apartment for 3 months. When i moved out i had got a bill for 150$. I maintained the house perfectly clean. so i went to the leasing office to challenge.
They opened my file and showed me a picture of yellow stain on my counter top. Then i found that it was not my counter top at all, mine was gray, and what they had on the file was brown. When confronted with this, they opened their computer and showed me a picture that was from my apartment, but it did not have any stains or anything at all. They made up some stories that, though there was no stains, there is some discolouration. [I did not see any discolouration in the photos, i have a normal human vision without glasses].
They were not willing to listen. The manager and asst. manager behave like cheats. Take an apartment here at your risk. And be ready to pay up while you move. And dont take the pain of cleaning the house before moving out, since you will be cheated anyway.
