number of theft cases in Old shepard From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   Each month there are 2-3 theft cases in the apartments. Apartment locks were broken and all belongings were stolen. Information office doesn't show interest to prevent this. Even during daytime also theft happens if you are not present in the apartment. One of my friends car was stolen.
