Don't devalue my opinion because you can't "imagine anyone enjoying living here". I do not work for this apartment complex nor have I ever been on their staff.

The office staff is friendly (Karen is my favorite and did a fantastic job of helping me with anything I needed). The manager (can't remember his name) was super helpful and not afraid to come out of his office to lend a hand when the office was busy. Overall, I have had satisfactory experiences with all office staff and management.

Maintenance is quick to respond to a problem (always within 24 hours of me placing a complaint/order). They are very courteous and extremely efficient. I never had to call in a maintenance problem more than once.

They have curb-side trash pick-up at this complex. I personally think it's disgusting, but is considered an amenity and is loved by many residents. I hate having to pay for an amenity I rarely use, but it has been convenient because there is only one dumpster in the complex.

During my one year stay, I never had any problems with safety. Security gates were always almost working, but they are just a false sense of security anyway. I am a single woman and never felt scared living here or coming home in the middle of the night.

Great parking. Well-lit.

Never any problems with bugs or pests, including solicitors.

Amenities are very well kept, especially the pool area. This is a very quite and diverse community; do not move here if you're looking for a party.

As a college student, I found this very affordable and well kept for the age of the apartments. I recommend living here if you're looking for a quiet, cheaper lifestyle.
