Very Simple. From: Kourtnie Date posted: 3/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My husband and I moved from an area where you saw people sitting on cars or just generally hanging out all night. Loud music, loud neighbors, loud dogs and poor customer service / disorganization from the management. Area kids ran around causing trouble with no supervision. We were attracted to this place due to location and the office staff. Our neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. There have been a few plumbing problems, but "HELLO" this is not a new complex. Just like if you have an older body sometimes the plumbing also is'nt so good. When the problem came up it was handled immediately. The management does not have ESP so they may not always catch the undesirable residents. However when it comes to there attention, the problem is handled quickly. The location is superb. The maintenace crew is always courteous. The office staff is always willing to help. But everyone has there own opinion; so if a person is not happy with where they are at, then maybe they should be nice enough to move away and let someone that can appreciate this place move in.
