It has been our experience that VERY OFTEN negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or received a lease violation. Some have never actually lived on this property or it is done by competitors. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to dislose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our townhome community and its managemet.
