Park apartments& homes sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I absolutely agree with the one tennant who feels the place is deteriorating after ownership chaning. I have been living there for almost two years and was always amazed by the caring stuff members they had and the excellent living enviroment. However, things have gone to the worse side ever since the change of ownership earlier in March. I especailly hate the sign they put on for the so-called 'park apartments and homes' in the front gate, it reminds me of tomb stone! The worst part is , they increased my rent like hell! I am thinking about moving out of that place and definately will NOT recomend anyone who wants to become a tennant there. It makes me sad to see the used-to-be beautful place going downhill to a shabby bunglow. Park apartments & homes sucks big time!
