I currently have resided in the apartments formerly known as Archstone Spring Creek, now The Park at Spring Creek Apartments and have a few details concerning my experiences.

Under Archstone (former) Management:

-Staff courteous, timely and punctual
-Maintenance quick, respectful, and effective
-Safety was never an issue
-Location was perfect next to park, dog run, and access via Spring Creek
-Rent perfect for location

Under Park (new) Management:

-Staff increasingly rude, slow, late, and disrespectful
-Maintenance people have remained quick and effective but communication between office and Crews is slow and costly
-Safety slowly becoming an issue with admittance of low-income, high-risk, questionable families, groups, and individuals
-Increase of Rent an annoyance but tolerable
-Lack of communication from the staff to the residents becoming intolerable

It is my recommendation that anyone willing to move look into moving to the Archstone Legacy Apartments. Those not in a position to move, ride out the lease and then move.

The staff here shows there issues with the residents and it is becoming very distressing especially since my girlfriend and I renewed our lease the month before the new management moved in.

Things need to improve drastically and soon or the current tenants will be following Archstone and leaving the Park to its current under-classed, intolerable new inhabitants.

So what you're saying is they raised the rent and all of a sudden they have an influx of low class tenants? Yeah that makes a lot of sense there buddy.

I agree with you. The staff is very distressing and they lack any sort of communication or organization or maybe it's just caring. I am definitely not releasing when mine is up. Unfortunately, I still have 6 months.

Hello people! The manager has never been a manager before obviously. Plus she is so wrapped up in her own personal drama to give a damn about work.

Pardon me for saying so but the problem is not the manager. If you go into the office with an attitude, you are likely to get one back. That is the way the world works most times. If you can go into the office respectful and willing to work things out calmly then you might get a much better response.

WOW it's funny how you can tell who works at the complex by the comments. I knew the managment was reading these. The last letter that went out stated that every new resident met all of the criteria for leasing. I'm glad they're reading this, because now they know what we think they lack.

I personally have no trouble with the management, they've always been quite nice:) The only person that I had issues with no longer works in the office. The scary part about THAT is that she got promoted!!!!

I would say they've kept all of the promises about fixing the complex that they made. They're doing a great job in my opinion.
