I have been a resident of the Archstone Spring Creek (now Park on Spring Creek) apartments for almost 15 years and have seen several management changes. This group is by far the most incompetent. Their communications to the residents is basically non-existent. The office staff seem personable enough but so clueless. They don't seem to understand that a little communication can go a long way to smooth ruffled feathers. The residents have missed important info regarding safety meetings, painting schedules, etc. because no notices were delivered. The maintenance staff does not regularly "walk" the property to clean (plus they do not work on weekends). The pool areas are not cleaned over the weekends. We recently had an issue with the trash not being picked up for 2 weeks, but did not receive any notice from the office as to the problem. One of the office staff actually said "what trash'" when I asked about the problem. My water bill has doubled since CWS took over, and their explanation was that the City of Plano increased their rates. I checked with COP, and that is not true. So why the increase' No explanation from the office.
I have recommended this complex to friends in the past but would absolutely NOT do so now. It's a shame because this used to be a really nice place to live.
