Great apartments! From: BrianHills Date posted: 12/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My wife and I just got married in May, and this has been a great apartment to live in. The price is very competitive, the kitchen is large, and we love the floor plan. The staff goes above and beyond to help the customer...more than any other apartment staff I have seen, and this extends to the maintenance crew as well. This apartment complex is not brand new, but if something is broken or is not working, it has been fixed the SAME DAY for each problem we received (obviously we did not have any emergency situations like plumbing). My wife is paranoid of strangers, and she told me she has never felt unsafe at our apartment complex. It has a great weightroom (24 hours), two pools, and quick access to George Bush Turnpike (5 minute drive to GBT). The energy efficiency is not the best, but I would rather live in an apartment complex that is "broken in" with great customer service than a brand new complex with average staff.
