Noisy as hell From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This was my first time in a first floor apartment, but though the walls seems to be thick, the floor/ceiling is not. You can hear people walking and moving, slamming cabinet doors, walking up the steps. Everything.
