Depending on the issue they are experiencing will determine how long the elevator will be down. our amenities have been under renovations which is why they have not been available to use, we have a total of 6 pools and we only closed 2 to renovate. As well as the dog park we have 2 dog runs on the back side of phase 4, our amenities should be available very soon. We are waiting on city permits and final walk through to ensure everything is good to go. The office has no way of removing any residents payment information, there can be a number of reasons why you are unable to visibly see your payment options, if you renew your lease agreement, if you are trying to make a payment after the 4th the ACH payment options goes away. You would have to use another form of payment which we have emailed to all residents on the 5 ways to pay. Valet trash does offer an app that any and every resident can download and utilize to inform their employees of when trash was not picked up. The fees you are referring to is the $35 valet trash fee and the other fee is a true amenity fee that the City of Plano charges to discard trash from the dumpsters this fee is allocated to all residents. During winter storm Elliot we had around 82 apartments affected from pipes busting, with our maintenance team did what they could to stop as many apartments as possible from being affected. With a natural disaster as such there are procedures, we must follow to ensure water was not left. We did extract the water, we had fans placed in the apartment for several days to ensure the water in the walls and such were dried completely, once this is completed, we started the build back process which does take time with not only Legacy North affected.
