Great Place although Maintenance Supervisor thinks he runs the place

I have enjoyed living here. I love my apartment and the other amenities. The only gripe I have is that the Maintenance Supervisor thinks he runs the place and often pits tenants against one another. He lives on site which is a very bad idea.
Often feels like a nursing home but try to avoid front office. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
