First of all the manager could't tell the truth if it stood in front of her. The people who live there losers. Anything from drug and alcohol users to illegal immigrants. Mostly --------. You have one bed room apt with many adults and chilren living together. The two bedroom apts are not much bigger. The heat and air condisioning are often broken. I highly recommend not living there. Place should be torn down. Roach City. People are filthy. Play music to loud. And don't think about filing a complaint. Manager never there. Don't call police, they don't care. It is funny that it is called Pleasant Park Apt because it is anything but pleasant.
