These apartments look nice but they are cheaply constructed. Whenver someone upstairs walks around it sounds like somebody is pounding on the floor upstairs. Obviously somebody cut some corners on materials when it came to construction. Other than that, they look nice and are convenient if you work nearby. If you don't mind noise from upstairs or somehow get a top floor apartment then perhaps you might want to look into this place.
