They let their residentst park anywhere they want (including the street!!) It's obvious because the tags are hanging from their rearview mirrors!! They block the street where cars can go only one way and if you are the smaller car when you meet another coming you can plan on backing up for a block just to get through. Come on!!

They are the residents they pay to live here they can park wherever they want. The problem is that those streets need to be one way.

I live in this horrible complex! The problem is that they let the shoppers park in our garage and we and our guests have to park on the street, especially now in 2009 since there is a 2 hr. parking limit downstairs! Try to have a guest at your home that has to park out on a street and walk a half mile to get to your apt. that you have to have a tag to get into!
