This used to be a decent place to live. However, EDS decided they could make more money by having various events held here. They do not control these events and they don't care about the residents. Case at point - the tree lighting in November. Although the event lasted 4 hours, we could not park or drive the car around our building for two days and half. When the event was over, we noticed beer bottles and urine inside the buildings. And the non-residents were allowed to park in the resident-only areas during this time. After the event, a lot of busses were still on the street making a lot of noise. This did not stop until we called the police. I agree with a previous comment: the management does not care about parking. There is no area were you can load/unload your car; the access to the resident-only parking is poorly controlled, thus open to anyone. What's worst, the manager herself does not know the garage rules (contrary to her statements, the first floor of the parking garage is also resident-ONLY). Try to park on the street and you can easly get a ticket for the most obscure reason (parking not within 18"!!) And that' because the police (officer Eldridge as we learned) comes here frequently. The office people are OK, some of them even very nice. The manager however is rude and not helpful. She displays a supperior, uncaring attitude, innapropriate for her position and the business she is in. We had good experience with the maintenace people. Overall, I would say that parking is the number one problem, followed by manager attitude and then noise.
