Overpriced and poorly constructed

I've lived in many apartment and this has to be one of the worst I've encountered. For example:
1. Management was rude and unhelpful (particularly the manager of the complex). They never seemed to know what was going on, nor did they care to listen to noise complaints. Furthermore, they always acted like they were too good to answer questions.
2. The apartment was shoddily constructed. Case in point: I was able to hear the person above me use the restroom. I could also hear everything that happened in the hallways -- at all times of night.
3. I have never lived in a louder apartment complex. If you choose to live here, make sure that you apartment does not face a street. I could hear people talking in the street in my third-floor apartment.
4. Be careful in the parking garage. People in the complex drive very fast in the garage and fail to use the mirrors. I'm amazed that I made it out of there without getting into an accident.
5. Post has significantly higher rents than other apartment complexes in the Shops (with the exception of Aqua -- which bills itself as a more "upscale" apartment complex). You can get a larger apartment for less money at Lakeside or Legacy Village.
Think twice before you live here. If you really want to live in the Shops, I suggest picking a different apartment complex. My experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never lease at another Post Property again.
