I've been at Post a few months.
Everything I can say has probably already been stated.
It is a convenient place to live (watch your waistline!).
People are friendly. There are all sorts of people, but it is true that there is a certain number of very young, FUN loving, loud types.
At night from my window, I enjoy hearing the live music from the Shops, but I can also hear, on occasion, blaring music from cars, foul language and relationship break up type events.
Then again, I recently moved from a residential neighborhood a few minutes away off of Legacy and I would hear the teenage girl and her friends every night. Somehow, that was more disturbing to me, because of her age, and the fact that you don't expect that in a residential neighborhood, and also because you get to know people better. In the apartment case, who ever is making the noise is not probably someone you know, therefore, easier to ignore.
I have not had any problems with management, but I pay my rent on time, and that seems to be when people suddenly turn on management. :)
A visitor noted that we have GREAT fire standards here, so that is nice to know
I feel very safe here. To be honest, I have never locked either my car doors or my apartment door (when I am not home). I guess I better start after this comment...
I think Post is a nice place to live. If you are interested in this type of environment, then the costs are worth the benefits.

I have to strongly disagree with the previous poster regarding the type of people having problems with the apartment manager. How do you know? We payed our rent few days not only on time, but IN ADVANCE for nearly three years. The manager was rude (needless to say, she had no idea when we were taking to her what our rent paying record was). Making statements like this without knowledge of individual situation diminishes one's credibility.
