Please tell everyone you know to tell others "DO NOT RENT FROM ANY POST LEAGACY PROPERTIES". These people have an issue with their apartments at the Legacy Shops...the apartment smells like ----. The sewer is backing up and the sewage smell is permeating to the apartments and the garage. The hotter it is outside the worse the apartment smells. They have stated to me "IT WILL NOT BE FIXED BECAUSE IT COST ME TOO MUCH MONEY". That is why I am paying them $985.00 a month... to smell ---- on a daily basis. This place SUCKS!!

I just had it out with management. This property is the worst I have ever seen. Everything is below standard for the price. Who's ever heard of a $1000 pet deposit, no parking for guests, and I've personally had my storage broken into twice in as many months and this is on the third floor! I'll save it all for another post! There's just too much!
