when i moved into my apartment in march of 2008 i was soooooo excited! well, much to my disapointment, thats when things started going down hill. i have had my refidgerator worked on 6 times and replaced three times. i'm not sure why it keeps breaking, or if they are even really replacing it because it is always the same leaking problem. i dont think its the maintenence guys fault, i just think that management wont give me a new one. all other work done by them has been top notch.

there are always people in the pool after hours and they are LOUD! not to mention the pool gate is loud and it is constantly slamming back and forth at night and early in the morning, even though the pool hours are 10 to 10. many times i have went to throw my trash away and the trash shoot has been filled to the brim, and ppl have started stacking it next to the trash shoot. every time the couple above me flushes the toilet, does dishes, or takes a shower i can hear it. The walls are very very thin here. couple in the apartment next to me is constantly fighting and it sounds like they are in my living room bc i can hear EVERYTHING that they say!

in response to the last comment, about the dirty carpet, i had the same problem when i first moved in and they told me that it was just what new carpet does. lol, i don't think so. however i got it cleaned and i haven't had anymore problems with that.

There are a lot of snobby people that live AND WORK here. I wait tables on the weekends to pay off some of my student loans, and every time i leave in my uniform my neighbors turn their noses up at me, also the staff ignores me if i go into the office in my waitress uniform.

PARKING SUCKS HERE TOO! expect to see ppl never parellel park their cars the right way, and to always have to walk a mile back to your apartment. I know i have a ton of rants about this place, but i want you to know what really goes on here. i'm not renewing my lease here bc this place sucks.
