Post Legacy

 

We were all asked to take a survey by an independent company a couple of months ago.

I filled it out, took me over an hour, asked them not to give to the office due to revenge tactics....guess what' Of course they did! A week later I have the manager writing asking me to come to the office to talk.

I did not respond.

The next time I went down to check for packages my boyfriend and I hear the girls at the front desk gossiping about me! They really think you can't hear them! I set my garbage outside of my door one day for about 15 minutes while I got ready to leave and was going to take it to the shute on the way out.

The next day I have a "lease violation" letter on my door telling me I need to contact the office in the next 24 hours...can you say file 13' I found out yesterday that my storage room has been open for 3 weeks by a neighbor in the garage.

He had reported it to them (after I had been broken into a couple of months ago and had 5K worth of stuff stolen including credit cards!), he reported it to maintenance also, NOTHING was ever done and it was never mentioned to me.

The manager had the nerve to tell me she had just been up there a couple of days ago and it was not open..I suggested we get letters from the people walking by it everyday and she just shrugged and stuck to her story.

The guy ran into us in the hall and confirmed it all and she still denied it!!! I told her I finally wanted out of here and that I was going to go find an apt.

today...and just did.

She isn't going to let me out of my lease....I told her she could do whatever she wanted to, but I wasn't about to pay them.

It would take all day to tell you the problems with this place.

I can assure you that everything the people are saying on here is true and add about 50 more problems.

I have even written the survey company and asked them to forward the letter to the owner for me thinking it would have a chance of getting through...if it did, I can see why they have these problems...it starts at the top! I am now going to write him directly to see what happens.
