i have lived there for 8 months:
i have a couple of problems with this property. first thing is the noise, everyone is correct they tell you that you cant hear the train but you can loud and clear. the second thing is you would expect that it being in a nice area that you really wouldnt see any kind of police there, well guess again i see them at least 2 or 3 times a week and there not just on patrol. and the third thing is the people that they use for pest, carpet etc..... they tell you that they are going to be out one day and they never come. now the one thing that is good is the office staff and the maintance is pretty decent very nice and courteous.
