We have lived here since 2001, having moved in when the property was a year old and gorgeous. It was still beautiful three years ago. Great landscaping, next to the nature preserve, awesome pool with flowers EVERYWHERE. Lush, lush, lush.

The management team has changed several times since 2001, each worse than the last, and we have watched the property go through a steady decline.

Finally, the current management team, led by Leah, seems genuinely interested in returning this property back to the gorgeous and well-maintained condition it was in when it was new. We have seen more work on this property in the last six months than we have seen in years, including, but not limited to:

Upgrading the landscape crew... Watering the grounds... Re-sodding the grass... Repairing the hot tub... Cleaning the pool with more frequency... Repairing the gates... Maintaining the doggie bag supply... etc.

The current maintenance crew, led by Alvin, has been prompt to respond to our requests and has actually completed the work on the day we requested it. We have even seen the maintenance crew here late in the evening scoping the grounds for maintenance needs.

We were going to move this summer because we did not want to pay to live in a declining property any longer, but have decided to renew our lease with the hope that Leah, Alvin and crew will continue the good work they have begun.
