Grounds are washing away

The previous comments commending the new management must have been left by the new management themselves. They are a group of immature people that have let the property go to hell in a handbasket. New tenants that had just moved in before I moved out were still waiting on things to be fixed, screens to be placed on their windows, etc. One person that lives in a corner unit actually lives on an incline. The apartment tilts and is sloping down a hill. The ground will eventually washing out from under that unit if they don't do something about filling up that area. Its the far southeast corner closest to the Preserve and Parker Road. Anyone can walk up there and see the ground washed away. Its washing out from under the sidewalk now.

How are the grounds washing away when we are in a drought and under water restrictions. In walking my dog I've noticed they did fill in around buildings with dirt to help prevent setteling. The ground is so dry it's pulling away, but what do you want them to do about it? They can't make it rain, and they have to follow the city codes.

You must be walking your seeing eye dog because its blatantly clear that the ground...over time...has been washing away. Throwing some dirt around the buildings isn't going to stop them from shifting. The area that needed to be filled in with dirt was the far southeast corner next to Parker and the Preserve. Also the people that lived in the corner unit said that they were told in 2005 by a building inspector that the unit had a 3 to 4 inch incline. No telling what its at now.
