I have lived here for a couple of months, and what they told me is totally different from what actually happens. I was charged for late fees when I was never late and was never told until the money accrued to a huge amount. The staff was very friendly....at first. I moved into a demo and the carpets were never cleaned, and when we asked about them getting cleaned we were told that if it wasn't clean then why did we move in. Our neighbors are terrible, but it is only one neighbor. They complain and lie to try to get you fined or just get you in trouble. Dog mess is everywhere and if you have a dog you WILL get blamed and threatened to get evicted. I have never had issues anywhere, however the staff and complex itself is more concerned with the dollar then anything else. Once you get on a the staffs bad side for any reason whether it is you fault or not, expect to be out of a lot of time and money. Its been a complete hassle living here. The positive; the view here is amazing and having the Nature preserve close is really nice. The price, management, and neighbors have far outweighed the positive this place has going.



PS. the pet deposit is $500.......nuff said

Remember there are always two sides to every story. First of all you signed your lease, you understood what you signed. If you paid rent on time you don't get charged late fees. If your late as per the lease you signed you do get late fees. Read your lease! You keep accruing late fees until you paid your balance. Don't be late. If your honest about what kind and how many pets you have you don't get fined. All carpets are cleaned prior to moving in even if they are a demo. If you were not happy with the carpets you should have said something then and not months later. They would have taken care of it. There must have been a bigger reason for them not to take care of it now.
