Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I must say initially there were some quirks in the road with moving in but over the 7 months we have been here, things are progressing nicely. The only real complaint is the drainage situation. It seems like the complex constantly waters during the winter and does not have adequate drainage, thus sheets of ice form which makes it hard for residents to get in and out.
