We moved in to The Preserve from out of state- sight unseen. At first we were thrilled with our decision. Great floorplan, not overly expensive (comparitively), nice area, etc. The first time I had to deal with management, however, I realized I was in for a long ride. They're simply awful. Condescending and rude, unwilling to help, you name it. They're backwards in thinking we work for them, when in fact it's the other way around! Since we moved in they've shortened their hours making it impossible to reach them on M-F (they're closed when I leave for work and closed when I get home), and now they're closed on Sundays as well. It's as if they bend over backwards to NOT be accommodating. This holiday season, they've apparently decided that Christmas Eve Eve Eve is a holiday and they're closing early. That means they'll be closed the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday prior to Christmas. Awesome! Now I can't get my packages! When brought to their attention, of course the smart-ass tone of voice starts again. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can rid myself of this group of "people"! For the record, I've lived in 12 complexes over the years and NEVER had a complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THE PRESERVE! YOU'LL REGRET IT, I PROMISE! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Dear Anonymous,
I'm sorry you are upset about our Christmas and winter hours and that they don't accommodate your schedule. These are our hours for the winter company wide, when the time changes and it gets darker outside early. In the summer it goes back to 9-6 and open again on Sundays. I understand you are upset about a package, but you didn't even ask us to watch for it or when you thought you were expecting it so we could help get it to you before Christmas. We are delivering everyone's packages as a courtsey today before we head out for the the holiday break and UPS will deliver on Christmas Eve to each apartment. If you would have asked we could have helped ease your mind about your son's very important package. We sent out the newsletter in November letting everyone know our winter hours and again in December's newsletter which also stated we would be closed Christmas Eve. We put a sign on the door posting our Christmas hours again on the 12th and then sent a 3rd notice on the 19th. You have been in the office everyday this week and Im sorry you didn't notice the posted hours, or the newsletter before the 19th. We have tried to to give ample notice to everyone and apologize you didn't read our notices. In the future if you are expecting something or need it delivered due to not being able to make it during business hours please just call and we can help you the best way we can.
Sincerely,
