I have to say that this complex is better than most. It's pretty quiet and safe - at least it feels that way. It's too bad the residents aren't friendlier. There are times I get the mail or just walk to and from the car when people pass by and never even smile or say hello but I always try to. Maintenance and management have always taken care of my requests. It's also too bad the residents who leave trash in the stairwells or parking lot don't get fined or something - who does that' Why would anyone want to leave trash in front of the door where they live'' My only complaint would be that the community has no "bonding" activities.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your nice words, we appreciate hearing the good and not just the bad! We are glad to have you here at The Preserve at Arbor Hills and hope you stay with us for years to come. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. I did want to let you know that we have a NEW Cares Team starting that will be in charge of our "bonding" activities in July. We are really excited to have them.
