I guess I am a little confused about all of the posts about bad management at the Arbors. I live in a Greystar property in Coppell and the management is fantastic here. This places is super and they really take care of the residents. For job and personal reasons I am considering a move to the Plano/North Dallas area and am looking for an aparment complex in Plano/North Dallas. I like the floorplans and location the Preserve at Arbor complex and consider it a plus it is managed by Greystar but there seem to be a lot of unhappy residents here. There are virtually no complaints where I live now at the Fairways at Riverchase. You would think same management would equal similarly managed complexes. Are there any happy residents who care to comment on how well the property is maintained, safety, noise, parking, etc'

The Preserve at Arbor Hills is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are well built with great floor plans. The Plano nature preserve backs up to the apartments and provides a great natural view. The facilities are well kept, there's a incredible pool and a furnished clubhouse. The management has been terrific. They have promptly taken care of my requests and have went the extra mile to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. You have to keep in mind that these sites often attract only those people with complaints. It's often true that the happy residents do not take the time to respond. Think about yourself. If you are happy with a restaurant or retail store do you take the time to find a website and write a positive review? I can assure you that this is a great property with great management. If anyone is interested the best way to make a determination is to come and see for yourself.
