I have lived at the Preserve for a while now and I absolutely LOVE it! I have had no trouble with the staff or residents. This is the friendliest staff that I have ever seen at an apartment community. This clomplex truly cares about it's residents and they even have a CARES Team on site. The manager supports all of the events that the team puts on. I have met so many of my neighbors thru the events. The manager a few weeks ago bought tickets for all of the residents to go to a Rough Riders baseball game which also included food at the park. It was so much fun! I believe you get what you put in to a community and this one has so much to offer only if you want to be apart. My apartment faces the preserve and it is so quite that I some times forget I am in a apartment community. This is a one of a kind property and I would encourage you to join us as a resident here!

Did they happen to mention that the CARES team is an evangelical christian ministry program designed to screen out non-Christians at the apartment complex and illegally raise their rent to get rid of them? don't believe me? Read it from the source http://www.caresteam.org/

You must really have some issues with the complex to be checking this web site so much! I don't care what kind of a program, Christian or non Christian they are very kind people and they serve great food. I have met so many of my neighbors thru their events. Evidently you have never attended this team???s events! The team or program does not have the ability to screen out anyone or raise their rent. Maybe you should look at the web site again. For a complex to have a team on their property it means to me that the property cares for their residents and truly wants their complex to be a community not just another place to live! I would not live at a property that does not have a team! I was posting a comment for someone that asked was there any happy residents at The Preserve and I am a Happy resident here. I am sorry that you do not feel the same!

Unfortunately, your incorrect in your response about The CARES Team. They have no ability to screen out non-Christians, and raise rents to get ride of them. Have you ever heard of Fair Housing? NEWAYS they are here to help residents met their neighbors, build a sense of community, and to enjoy free food, games,each other and the staff. I would like to invite you to one of our events so you can see for yourself instead of making a blind judgement. Sincerely, The Manager
