All residents of The Preserve should definitely check their water bill and question the billed usage with Conservice!!! The company just informed me that my meter has been broken since the beginning of the year but they don't repair or fix them until there are several that need it so they just "guess" at what your usage is and bill you. What a scam. Conservice even said that this is perfectly legal to bill on an estimated basis and that it costs too much money to fix just one meter.

I wondered why our water bill doubled suddenly in one month after several years of living at the Preserve. Told management that it had to be in error but that went no where.

Dear Anonymous,
Please come to the office to discuss this issue as we have NEVER heard that any of our water meters weren't working. I don't think they have given you the current information. They don't come on property to see the meters so I'm wondering how they would know that? We the team read the meters and just turn the reads into them and they bill for us, that's the extent of there part. I would like to try to resolve this issue for you as there are a few things that I know might be the problem.
