After reading all of these reviews I thought I'd put my two cents in as well. Overall, I have been happy at this complex and since they let their former assistant manager, Kerri, go things have been much better. She gave me a lot of bad information that I partially based my decision to move there on which led me to be disappointed in the future. Alissa is by far THAT best employee they have and I won't deal with anyone there but her.

The complex is very clean and the staff as a whole are very friendly. I like that it is spread out and the buildings are not crammed together. Parking can be hard in some parts of the complex so paying for the covered parking is worth the additional expense.I will say that we've had a problem with spiders and bugs which is a hassle since we are charged every month for pest control. I'd like to see less bugs for that money spent! The gym is a rather sad excuse for a gym so I just spent the money and got a gym membership although you'd think with as much as we pay for rent they could upgrade the equipment. I'd say compared to a lot of other complexes, this one is better than most. I would recommend it for anyone looking to rent in the Plano area.

I think that the gym is great, and the pest control is free.

You've obviously never used high quality gym equipment...the few weight machines they DO have are old and outdated and the cardio equipment is "Down for repair" quite frequently. And no, I was told that the cost of the pest control, although very minimal, is included in your water and trash bill.
