I think that with the new management staff everyhting has been running much more smoothly. I've lived here for 3 years and the past 6 months have been the best I've seen. Everything I have requested has been completed in a timely, professional and pleasant manner.

This person IS part of the staff. Anyone who has lived here for more than 2 years knows that the staff prior was the best this property has ever had. The current staff is more concerned with selling these units to suckers (willing to pay $100k for an apartment!) than they with the tenants who have been paying rent.
