I have been at this complex since June this year, and I love it. No, I dont work there, I am just a resident that wants to tell people to go see for themselves, the staff is great and responsive. Maint. comes in less than 24 hours...even to change a light bulb that I couldnt reach. Please keep in mind that most of the people on these sites only want to complain. There arent any crime problems, parking is cool. I hate to move but its so far from my job. Buying one may be ideal for anyone who doesnt want the hassles of home maint., and doesnt have a large family. It may be worth the 100k in that case. Keep in mind that this is Plano that we are talking about too,not the ghetto, so you get what you pay for:) k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
