Bad quality, worse noise ever, management worse, lies

Realtors stated Marquis at Tulan Still has been selling condos for many years because of problems condos. Watch out! Dont waste your money on the poor quality condo, the condo right by the heavy streets, horrible noise, very loud all day long, days and nights, bugs in the condo. Their tenants even complaint about loud noise on their rental contracts. The management only wanted the buyers without real estate agents. Management staff only focuses on their 6% commission for selling condo, i.e. Management staff cant get along well each other because of the commission issues. They are very selective if they cant get all 6% comm. for themself, seller.
