We have lived within this community for close to three years. It has been a truly wonderful experience. Coming from owning a house we were a little skeptical about apartment living. But from the first day we saw it until this we feel like we live in a resort!!
The pool is a family friendly environment and is kept safe and clean, the exercise room offers up to date equipment and my only complaint is that our chubby legs don?t take us down there often enough.
The staff has been very accommodating and has gone out of their way to help us in difficult situations. We appreciate their cool professionalism during what can be emotional circumstances.
Our Manager, Anita has been more than fair to us as she has stewarded this large property. She is both professional and warm, and we have a sense sometimes of staying at a family owned B & B!!! She can both tango coolly and professionally with the electric company one minute when they accidentally shut off our power, and at the same time remember on her way home to stop by to bring us a blanket. We appreciate her!! Brooke not only keeps the money straight but she is compassionate as well as fair when collecting rents and water bills. She is very capable at her job, and although the money end of any lease agreement can often be awkward, Brooke makes it easy by being consistent and understanding.
Ginger is a hottie! No doubt. But she knows her job, and she?s good at it. She is sweet and her ability to do resident relations is top notch. Our Maintenace Supervisor Barry cannot be beat, he is loved by everyone. He is competent, prompt efficient and always turning down cookies and treats and tips everyone tries to give to him. He is a blessing and beyond.
If you want a cold and uncaring apartment complex, this is not the place for you. If you want staff and neighbors in a community this place rocks!
