We enjoy living here at the Reserve at Charles Place because the office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful, courteous and diligent to ensure that our experiences are pleasant. The complex has an extraordinary CARES Team to make the days more memorable. At CARES events usually between 50 to 100 residents participate and have the opportunity to meet and enjoy each others' company. Each resident has the chance to participate according to his interests.
The office staff have been very attentive to each concern that we have expressed and have always conducted themselves admirably. They strive to perform their responsibilities with efficiency and also with pleasing personalities. I don't know how Trammel Crow is so lucky to have three ladies in the same office.
The maintenance staff have always done a terrific job at helping us. They always address our concerns no matter how trivial and seem to make us feel like we are the most important persons that they meet that day.
We look forward to meeting you at our Apartment Complex. It is Home to us and we would recommend it to you without question.
