I've lived at the Reserve at Charles Place for 2 years now. I've got nothing to complain about. This is by far the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. It's very quiet.

Sure, you occasionally have a neighbor that you don't care for. But not everyone is compatible.

From my experience, everyone is very nice. I've recently started attending the functions held by the Cares Team and I'm meeting new neighbors throughout the complex.

I even liked the place enough to build a website for the neighborhood (www.reservecares.com).

I've never had any problems with management. But then again, I've never had any complaints for them to solve either.

Also, if something in your apartment breaks (which has only happened to me once in the 2 years) the maintenance team is helping you out in less than 24 hours. Even the maintenance team is well dressed and courteous.

I plan to stay here for years to come. It's more than an apartment. It's a home.
